I've tried not to ramble too much about my preferences, but if in doubt about anything, please don't hesitate to ask a question through the mods.
If I mention the relationship between two characters outside of a specific requested ship, please assume that means I'm fine with that relationship being platonic or romantic unless I specifically mention otherwise.

Ayda Aguefort
Ayda stole my whole heart from the beginning. I love her forthright nature, her kindness, her awkwardness, and her intriguing and murky backstory. I'd love whump for her or digging into her new relationships with any of the Bad Kids. I love all kinds of physical and emotional hurt, but would prefer to steer clear of sexual trauma. Ship-wise, I only ship her romantically with Fig and Adaine, but I'd love to see her forging a new platonic connection with someone unusual as well!
For art, I'd love anything that emphasizes the brightness of her hair, wings, and tattoos. Dynamic poses of her flying, casting spells, perching like a very large bird places, etc. I would also love whump in art - that part in canon where she was tied up with vines with one in her mouth and she was exhausted from trying to break free all night was incredible to me, and I'd love art of that moment or anything like that that you can imagine.
Gertrude
So lovely, so lonely! So anxious to get along with the other girls and so oblivious to her own impact on others! I'd love fic or art of Gertrude in the bad old days, suffering without being able to die, or of her with any of her new friends (including Talura!) postcanon. Alternately, an outsider's perspective on her - perhaps even Talura's, as she decided to "bless" her - would be lovely. I ship her with all of the other player characters in that campaign as well as Talura.
Antiope Jones/Sam Nightingale
Every time Antiope grabbed Sam's face, I died. I'd love fic or art of their simmering sexual tension (juuuust about to kiss!). I also have a particular weakness for tropey stuff for them in particular - only one bed, woke up married, etc.
Talura/Sam Nightingale
An immortal, incredibly powerful being and the mortal who reached out to her and connected to her on a level of pure compassion! I'd love art that emphasizes the difference in their circumstances/stature (Talura near-godly, however you want to depict that, and Sam lovely and mortal). For fic, I'd love Talura reaching out to Sam postcanon or a canon divergent AU where Sam got sucked into the mirror with Talura.
Lord Squak Airavis & Lady Chirp Featherfowl
Best cousins <3 I'd love art of any of their canon shenanigans, like their impromptu bouts of carpentry or their mutual wingmanning (pun intended), or just of them looking gorgeous as they conspire together. Fic-wise, I'd love one of them covering for the other in a moment of weakness or injury, or the two of them scheming together like the mutually supportive but impulsive fools that they are.
Feel free to base your fic on any version of canon (light novels/manga/anime).
Ashuna Grizarcia/Momo
I love that Ashuna recognizes Momo's strength (and is totally into it). The fact that Momo isn't quite so into her in turn gives a lot of opportunities for antagonism or competitiveness, but also for courtship (one of my favorite tropes!) or for a moment of realization that Ashuna's not so bad after all. Romance, pre-relationship, or action/adventure focused stuff all welcome.
Flare/Menou
What can I say? I love a good morally gray mentor figure. I'd love anything about Flare's relationship with Menou at any point in canon (or at some point in a canon-divergent AU future if you prefer Menou to be older). I especially loved Menou asking Flare to make her the villain and them both holding each other's faces as Menou tells Flare she wants to become her if you want to lean into that vibe specifically.
Menou/Momo
I love them both! I love the contrast of Momo's ruthless practicality and Menou's softer heart, the way Momo is so much stronger physically but helplessly devoted, the gentle care they both show with Momo's hair ribbons...it's great. I would be really into fic about their time in training, or one of them taking a hit for the other and the unharmed one becoming frantic and protective. I'm also into this being bittersweet and unrequited with Momo in love with Menou. Alternately, I am also into Momo -> Menou dubcon, or even noncon somnophilia or other altered states.
Barbara/Jean
I love how weird they are about each other. They clearly care for each other deeply, but they never seem quite able to connect, and I find that fascinating. I'm totally open to one-sided pining and repressed feelings here, too, or even dubcon or somno, preferably Barbara->Jean. On the lighter side, maybe Jean is injured and Barbara takes care of her or Barbara goes to Jean for help with a stalker? Stuff that takes a look at Mondstadt and its culture, like celebrating a holiday or rebuilding together after Stormterror, is also totally welcome.
Raiden Ei/Sangonomiya Kokomi
They're hot and I want them to fuck. Dubcon totally fine, the Raidenbot making an appearance (or driving for Ei entirely) is great, a power imbalance that Kokomi is all too aware of would be EXCELLENT. For non-explicit stuff, I'd love an arranged marriage where Kokomi's strategic mind won't stop working even though Ei is something of an enigma, or one of them catching the other in an unexpected moment of vulnerability and it getting weird and intimate.
